Selection Requests
A selection request is a shareable page where you present design selections for your client to decide on. Add product images, and pricing and notes (optional), then send your clients a single link where they can review the items, make their selection, and optionally leave a note. It's a faster, more organized alternative to sending emails or having to meet in person to decide on selections.
Creating a selection request takes less than 2 minutes. Select a project name, room, and title, and add up to 6 photos — done! Add pricing and notes if desired, then you're ready to share the link with your client.
Allori allows you to take a photo, upload photos, or select photos from your library where you can save products that you frequently use.Allori accepts common image formats including JPG, PNG, WebP, and GIF. Images are compressed automatically to keep uploads fast.
Yes, Allori's My Library feature lets you save the product photos that you frequently use so that you're not wasting time re-uploading the same tile or fixture on future selection requests.
Selection requests can be edited until the client has made their selection. After that, the record is locked so you always have a clear record of what the client chose. To send updated options, use Create Revised Request if you want to duplicate your original request, then make your changes, and send a new link.
Your selection requests are organized into 3 clear categories on your dashboard:Pending Selections — selection requests waiting on a client's decisionSelections Received — selection requests with decisions for you to review (Selections your clients have made require an active subscription to view — start your 30-day free trial once your first client responds to view their selection.)Drafts — selection requests saved but not yet sent to the clientProject view also allows you to see selection requests grouped by room, where they're marked with status labels like Request Pending, Selection Received, and Ordered so you can track every decision through to purchase.
When you create a selection request, you assign it to a project and room, and give the request a title. This keeps all your requests organized by project, so that each one is easy to find when you're juggling multiple jobs at once.
Yes, you can upload your logo and add your name and company name on your Account page. Your branding appears on the client-facing selection requests, so the experience feels like it's coming directly from your studio — not a generic third-party tool.
The Client Experience
After creating a selection request, copy the share link and send it to your client by text or email.Allori also gives you the option to enter your client's email on the preview page and send the selection request in one click. The email will be sent from Allori and will include your name and company name once you've added those to your account, and will provide them with the link to review the options.
No. Clients open your link on any device in their browser, review the options, and tap the photo they prefer. Your clients will love that there's no account to create, nothing to download, and no special app required for them to make a selection and send you their decision.
Clients see your selection request on a web page customized with your branding, the selection you're requesting, your instructions or notes, and photos of the selection options. They tap the photo they prefer, leave you a note if necessary, and submit their selection — that's it.
